Upon review, I’ve decided that I agree with you in part.
We won’t be changing the headline, but I do feel the story needs to get to the context of the deaths of the young Palestinians faster, so I have moved up that paragraph in the story.
In the past we had been told by previous Star Public Editor Bruce Campion-Smith that AP headlines can be changed, but content concerns are shared with AP.
