Current and former Israeli soldiers are set to participate in the Invictus Games beginning next week in Vancouver and Whistler.
Please take a minute to email the Canada Revenue Agency in support of a formal complaint requesting a CRA investigation into whether Invictus Games sponsor, the True Patriot Love Foundation, is violating the rules regarding registered charities assisting foreign militaries.
CRA is asked to investigate whether the True Patriot Love Foundation is in compliance with CRA rules regarding registered charities assisting foreign militaries. They are sponsoring the upcoming Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler in which representatives of 20 foreign militaries are set to participate. This includes current and former soldiers of an Israeli military that has recently killed over 50,000 in Gaza and thousands more in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and the West Bank.
The True Love Patriot Foundation also indicates that they were responsible for getting the bid for the Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
Given that the CRA has repeatedly stated that it is not charitable to support a foreign military how is it possible for True Patriot Love Foundation to offer tax receipts for an event featuring foreign militaries, especially one engaged in genocide.
Also, be sure to send a letter to tell BC Premier Eby and the Invictus Games leadership that war criminals are not welcome in Canada!
