On the 5th of November, the municipality of Jerusalem with the protection of the Israeli police forces raided Al Bustan neighborhood and demolished 6 homes of Al Rwedy family (4 families), Ayed and Abu Diab, displacing 23 people.
The demolition of the four residential structures is part and parcel of the demolition wave against Al Bustan neighborhood, which includes nearly 120 homes, 1500 people.
This is part of the ongoing campaign of home demolition in Silwan in particular and Jerusalem in general.
Meanwhile Canada tax payers are subsidizing the Jerusalem Municipality.
Registered to Ronnen Harary, the founder of Spin Master Toys and the popular ‘Paw Patrol’ series, the Ronnen Harary Foundation was incorporated in 2021. Operating in association with Harary’s sister foundation, the 1 R32 Foundation, The Ronnen Harary Foundation has exclusively sent millions of dollars in charitable donations to the Jerusalem Municipality.
Not only are governments outside of Canada not considered qualified donees, but operating under a screen of governmental legitimacy, the Jerusalem Municipality has been instrumental in the settling and judaization of illegally annexed East Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Municipality has illegally seized land deep into the West Bank.
According to Canadian foreign policy, “the status of Jerusalem can be resolved only as part of a general settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli dispute. Canada does not recognize Israel’s unilateral annexation of East Jerusalem.”
Tell the Canada Revenue Agency they need to suspend the Ronnen Harary Foundation, and audit both this charity and its sister charity, 1 R32 Foundation, which has bragged about feeding the IDF before they headed for the ground invasion in Gaza in fall 2023, and which transfers money to Ronnen Harary Foundation.
